Description: Estrella Gateway is a new concrete tilt industrial warehouse that consists of 100 dock positions and insulated dock doors. The building is 359,070 SF and has four potential 3,000 SF office corners with combined tilt and glass exterior walls. The slabs are 7” with full reinforcement at the speed bays and dowel baskets at all interior concrete joints. The roof includes a wood hybrid framing system with a TPO roof, 1” insulation board topside and R30 batt insulation with schrim underside.
