About the Project

The VB Cosmetics project is a custom-built cosmetics manufacturing facility, featuring 20,000 SF of modern office space and 20,000 SF dedicated to manufacturing and shipping operations. The space is equipped with specialized infrastructure, including compressed air drops, snorkels for air intake, and a chilled water source—designed to support high-efficiency production and seamless workflow in a clean, controlled environment.
