About the Project
This project was a 127,885 square feet spec industrial warehouse on 8.5 acres. The spec warehouse was designed & constructed to meet a wide range of corporate tenant standards that consist of a 32’-0” clear ceiling height, 35 loading dock doors for maximum flexibility, ESFR sprinkler system, a 20-year TPO roofing with R-30 below deck insulation, and architectural clearstory windows on all sides of the building for dramatic natural lighting instead of typical skylights found on other warehouses.
